What we're building next.
Everything below is something being added to your business, in the order we expect to add it. Nothing goes in the first column that you cannot go and look at today, and nothing goes in the third with a date on it we have not earned.
The third list has no dates on it on purpose: a date on this page would be a guess wearing a suit. What we changed our minds about is at the bottom, because a roadmap that only ever ticks boxes is one nobody edited after the first month.

Working today. Go and look at any of it.

The site, in English and Arabic
August 202678 pages across two languages, including a page for every trade and every capability. The Arabic tree is not a translation of the English one: it targets Saudi and the UAE, with its own cities, its own comparisons and its own currency.
-
Two tools, free and unregistered
August 2026A business name generator and a website grader. Neither asks for an email address, neither stores an answer, and the grader will tell you when you do not need us.
-
Four long guides for the trades
August 2026Plumbing, HVAC, roofing and electrical marketing, nine chapters each, written to be useful whether or not you ever buy anything.
-
The infrastructure, as code
August 2026Every deploy is automatic and every page is checked before it goes out: dead links, missing schema, unresolved prices, and a set of house rules about what a page is allowed to claim.
Building now 2
Being built this month.
-
The dashboard
Sign up, answer a short form about the business, pick a look, and the site goes live. This is the product. Everything on this site so far describes it; none of it is it.
-
A way to get in early
Somewhere to leave an address and be first in the queue when the dashboard opens, instead of a page that says come back later.
Next 4
Coming, in roughly this order. Intentions, not promises, and no dates we have not earned.
-
Call answering
The first capability that is not part of the base: something that picks up the calls that go to voicemail while you are under a sink.
-
Search reporting you can read
What people searched to find you, which towns you are winning, and which pages did it. The data exists from day one; showing it plainly is the work.
-
Google Business Profile
The listing that decides whether you appear in the map results, kept current alongside the site.
-
The rest of the running of a trade business
Dispatching, invoicing, customer records, SMS marketing, seasonal reminders. Each one is a piece you add when you want it, not a tier you are upgraded into.
What we changed our minds about
A roadmap that only ever ticks things off is a roadmap nobody is really keeping. When something gets reversed it lands here with the reason, because the reason is the part worth reading.

The website grader stopped crawling websites
It was designed to take a URL and audit the site behind it. It asks six questions instead. A crawler can measure your page speed and find your broken tags; it cannot tell whether your license number sits where a nervous homeowner looks, or whether anybody has touched the site since the year it was built. Those are the things that decide whether a stranger with a burst pipe calls you, so the tool asks about those and nothing else.
